The national Sleep Foundation released the result of a world class study which took more
thatn 2 days of research to complete. It starts how much sleep you really need at each age for
school age children (6-13 yrs) 9-11 teanagers (14-17 yrs ) 8-10 hours and adults (18-64) 7-9
hours of sleep is needed everyday. Where as olden adults (65 yrs and above) should sleep for
7-8 hours. Neverthless ones individual needs may vary. Sleep improves memory, creativity
and performances helps live longer, curbs heart deseases strokes arthrites diabetes etc.
