These oxides cannot be prepared by dehydrating the hydroxide at high temperature. .The hydroxides of feebly acidic cations are not deliquescent.

Metal oxides that dissolve in water react with water to form basic solutions. Nonmetal oxides react with water to from acidic solutions. That is, metal oxides are basic in nature.
