Marks doesn't matters the only thing that matters is the knowledge if we have less marks but we have a lot of knowledge than we can succeed in any exam but if we have more marks but less knowledge than we can't succeed in any exam.

#Yes soft skills are a must in one's life.
# The bookish knowledge will only help u in exams and written world but if the person has not adequate knowledge than he will not succeed in interviews.
