Explanation: The reaction between an acid and bases is called a neutralization reaction.

The result of the reaction is salt and water.

                 Acid + Base → Salt + Water + heat

For example, when hydrochloric acid(acid) and sodium hydroxide(base) react they form sodium chloride(salt) and water. Also, heat is evolved.

            Hydrochloric    +     Sodium        →    Sodium     +    Water

Acid hydroxide Chloride

                    HCl            +      NaOH         →    NaCl          +   H2O

I hope it will help you mark me as brainlist

Explanation:

Reaction between acid and base is known as neutralization reactions.

Acid + Base >>> Salt + Water

ex: HCL + NaOH >>> NaCL + H2O

HCL + KOH >>> KCL + H2O

H2SO4 + NaOH >>>Na2SO4 + H2O

here;

HCl and H2SO4 is acids.

NaOH and KOH is bases.

NaCL , KCL and Na2SO4 is salt.
