Let the Denominator be x

and numerator be x-3

now,

x-3/x+1= 3/4

4(x-3)=3(x+1)

4x-12=3x+3

x=15

Now

the no formed is 12/15.( if we add one the denominator it becomes 12/16 ,which is 3/4)

if we simplify it 3/5.
