The newborn baby, Jake, needs some supplies. Jake’s mom gave you this list of things he needs. You and your friend have agreed to spend $115 of the $300 on Jake. You spend 15% of it on a new blanket, 25% of it on toys, and 40% of it on clothes. How much money do you have left to spend on diapers for Jake?

If they both decided to spend 115$
So, add of % its 80%
Then 115×80/100
= 92 $ from 115 $
And total money they have is
92+115=277$

Jake and his friend agreed to spend $115
Firstly the addition of the percentages of the things they need to get
is 15%+25%+40%=80%
Then multipling the amt they have agreed to spend into the overall percentage divided by 100 is $92.
Therefore total money is $92+$115=$207
