Monday,
14th October, 10 PM
Dear Diary,
Today has been the worst day of my life. I was so happy in the morning. Frankie would be back after five years. I had prepared his favourite dish. Mummy and I were getting ready to go to the airport to receive him when the phone rang. After that we blacked out.
Frankie, our dear Frankie had died. His plane had crashed. Frankie’s face flashed in front of me. He was a wonderful brother and a great human being. He was forever smiling and very optimistic. Whenever anybody had any problem they would turn to him. Now he was gone. I simply couldn’t come to terms with it.
Forgive me but I just can’t write anymore. I can’t hold my tears.
