Newton's first law- that if any external force is not acting on an object than that object will be in its uniform motion of staright line

Newton's second law- states that force = mass× acceleration

(F=ma)

Newton's third law- states that every action has its equal and oposite reaction .

so by considering all three they can be valid everywhere ; where motion is taking place. inertia frame and reference only
