Hi Anu!!
write the date time address according to the data given in your question...
im directly starting the letter:

Sir/Ma'm
This is to bring to your kind notice that students from all walks of life have been using unfair means to succeed in their exams....

This is a burning situation that has affected many kids of today's generation....students often fail to understand the true essence of giving an exam. For them, qualifying in the exams by hook or crook is the ultimate goal..This mentality of students needs to be discouraged from the grass-root level itself, otherwise, we may soon experience cheating to be a worldwide practice...
My opinion is that students must first be taught the importance of writing their exams honestly, for, honesty is the best policy. Opting for unfair means during an examination defines us as bad students...cheating is illegal.

During the Bihar's topper scandal, it has been clearly prooved how dangerous cheating can really be for the youth of India...We all know that is is our OWN hardwork that truly pays off in the end.Hence students must be encouraged to be honest while giving an exam....
Students should be kept under strict vigilance during an examination. Teachers must see to it that the students don't get any chance to use unfair means during an examination....Students who are caught cheating in their exams must be ready to face the consequences.....Their paper should be cancelled and no retests must be taken for such unworthy students...

Sometimes students are afraid of their parents' scoldings and that is what inspires them to gain good marks via cheating...The one who cheats must be punished alongwith the one who is helping his/her friend in this illegal act...

There is still time for us to think about the students of our nation, who are, but, a part of the country, and who will go on to make India's future....

Teachers must be impartial and the miscreants should be severely punished...Moreover those who are motivating others to cheat should also be taken to task...

We all must join our hands together o work for the betterment of student's lives and to ensure a bright future ahead..

I hope you will look up into the matter and take the necessary steps to eradicate cheating from our country
Yours sincerely
Aruna

Sir ,
I am Aruna of class - IX studying in Greet Public school. Please pay kind attention to publish this letter in the most popular column i.e. - " Reader ' s Choice " in your newspaper.

Nowadays , children as well as teenagers are trying hard to score good marks in different examinations so as to clear their competitive examinations like SSC , DSSB , UPSC , NEET and others. This was the youth and now coming back to the current generation , these teenagers are more likely to cheat in those simple and lucid examinations so as to obtain good grades , though they know what can be the pros and cons of their intelligence. They are so determined to achieve their goal that they can even cheat by hook or by crook and this truely speaks of their so called stupid minds.

This has now became a trend and is gradually increasing in fashion as well as tradition. We'll soon see this so called " fashion " as a following culture which is not going to leave us in the future. Now only was the news of the exam of AIIMS leaked in which somebody had used some or the other unfair means to cheat and get successful in his or her plan. Though this evil plan got support and therefore was the popular examination of AIIMS leaked.

One of the topper of our school cheated in exams and got the 1st rank. But the question which baffled us was - " What's the use of his cheated knowledge ? " I mean scoring the grades by hardwork is much more better than doing cheating by using unfair means. This is increasing day by day not only in schools but also in the competetive examinations as I mentioned earlier.

In conclusion , what I want to say is that , this trend is just getting influenced because of us as we are helping such students in examinations by not paying proper attention to them and also because of lack of survileance. Well , it has to be stopped. We all need to combat it by indirectly supporting this lack of attention or whatever may happen in the future. Support is not what we all do by helping our besties in examinations but it is too help them improve by pressurising them to study more and to influence them to study hard and score good grades.

I hope that you will surely publish my letter in the newspaper so as to help this trend to get reduced upto a certain limit and also to spread my common knowledge amongst my cheater friends.

Yours Faithfully ,
Aruna ................
