We can't complete blame the nightingale for her death because she war under a very high influence of the frog. The frog understood that the nightingale is very innocent and could be be fooled easily. The frog was a great opportunist that he used the nightingale as a source of his daily earning. He pressuris the nightingale to sing with more force and passion because of which she died.
