let the number sixes hit by dhoni be x
therefore,the no: of fours hit by him=2 x
since he took 16 runs between the wickets and his total score =100
x+2 x+16=100
         3 x=100-16=84
           x=84/3=28
so,the no:of fours=2*28=56 and the number of sixes=28
