the no of illiterate person in a conutry decreased frm 150 lakh to 100 lakh in 10 yeras. what is the percentage of decrease of illiterate persons

the number of illiterate persons in a country decreased from 150 lakh to 100 lakh it means that the difference between them is 50 lakh so the percentage of the decrease of illiterate persons =loss/total persons×100

so the answer is =5000000/15000000×100=33.33%
