One D2O molecule has 2+8=10neutrons.

Next we need the number of D2O molecules in 5g.

Molar mass of D2O is 20g.

So 5 g means 0.25 mol of D2O.

Multiplying by avogrado’s number, no. of molecules is 1.505×1023

So total number of neutrons = 1.505×1024
