the normal plant cell is partially turgid or flaccid ?

Answer:

A cell is said to be flaccid when the plant cell is placed in an isotonic solution where the concentration of solutes is same both outside & inside. The plasma membrane is not tighty in touch with cell wall as in turgid cell.
