2nd \: term =   {3(2)}^{2}  + 4 \\  = 12 + 4 = 16

3rd \: term =  {3(3)}^{2}  + 4 \\  = 27 + 4 = 31

7 \times 1  + 0 \\  7 \times 2 + 2 \\ 7 \times 3 + 3.....
