First four terms are 7(1+5), 7(2+5), 7(3+5), 7(4+5)

So, the sequence is 42,49,56,63

20th term is 7(20+5) = 175

The first term larger than 100 is a multiple of 7 after 100 which is obtained by 100/7 leaves a remainder 2 and this must be 7 to make a multiplier of 6. For this 7-2 ==> 5 must be added to the 100

Therefore the answer is 105.
