here is your answer

nth term
 = > \frac{(2n + 1)}{3}
so,
1st \: \: term = 1
and

22th \: \: term = \frac{44 + 1}{3} = 15

now,
sum of 22 terms
 = > \frac{n}{2} (1st \: + 22th \: \: term)

 = > \frac{22}{2} (1 + 15)

 = > 11(16)

 = > 176
