so,
$1st \: \: term = 1$
and

$22th \: \: term = \frac{44 + 1}{3} = 15$

now,
sum of 22 terms
$= > \frac{n}{2} (1st \: + 22th \: \: term)$

$= > \frac{22}{2} (1 + 15)$

$= > 11(16)$

$= > 176$
