abc = 100 × a + 10 × b + 1 × c
= 100a + 10b + c
where a , b & c are digits
100a +10b + 3c assuming a , b & c are digits & a ≠ 0

Hence 4 Digit number also possible
a = 9 , b = 8 , c = 7
= 900 + 80 + 21
