Smallest three digit number is 100

So , 100 + 4 = 104 .

◆Checking with the second condition,

◆104 is divisible by 2,4 ,8 the single digit numbers .

◆104 is also divisible by 8 , which is greater than 5 . Satisfying 2nd condition too.
