The number 66 can be made by adding four consecutive numbers. What are those numbers? Make sure to explain how you solved the question. (Hint: consecutive means one right after the other)

Solution :-

Let the numbers be x, x+1 ,x+2,x+3.

Atq,

➡x+x+1 +x+2+x+3= 66

➡4x+6=66

➡4x=66-6

➡4x=60

➡x=60/4

➡x=15

Hence, the numbers are :-

  1. 15
  2. 15+1=16
  3. 15+2=17
  4. 15+3=18
