let the two digit of the number be x,y

x+y=11 (given)

⇒x=11-y (i)

if x is placed on the ones place and y is placed on the tens place the number becomes (10*y+x)

reversing the digits the number becomes (10*x+y)

now,

according to question

(10*y+x)-(10*x+y)=45

⇒10y+x-10x-y=45

⇒9y-9x=45

putting the value of x from (i) we get

9y-9(11-y)=45

⇒9y-99+9y=45

⇒18y=45+99

⇒18y=144

⇒y=144/18

⇒y=8

now y=8

putting the value of y in (i) we get:

x=11-y

⇒x=11-8

⇒x=3

so the digit are 8 and 3

and the number is 83
