Questions :

The number employees in a organisation increases by 10% every year. If there are 600 employees in the organisation, find the number of employees in organisation after 2 years

Answer :

It's given that number of employees in a organization increases by 10% every year.

So ,

Increasing employees in first year

 = \frac{increase \: percentage}{100} \times total \: employees

 = \frac{10}{100} \times 600

 = 60

The total employees after first year = number of employees already + Increased employees in first year

= 600 + 60

=660

Increased employees in second year=

 \frac{increase \: percentage}{100} \times total \: employees

 = \frac{10}{100} \times 660

 = 66

Number of employees after 2 years = Number of employees + increased employees in first year + Increased employees in second year .

 = 600 + 60 + 66

 = 726
