option a. 1st digit can't be 0. 2nd and 3rd can be 0. So 5×5×4=60 is ans

max20: case1: When last digit is 0: No. of ways of filling 1st and 2nd postn= 5×4=20. case 2: when last digit is not 0: then last digit can be either of 2 or 4. So there are 2 ways of filling last digit.0 cant be 1st digit as well. So no. of ways=4×4×2=32. TOTAL WAYS = 20 + 32= 52. HOPE U GET IT
