now let me explain u.
since the first digit can't be 0. so the first digit can be chosen in 9 ways.
and the rest of the 4 digits can be 0, so it can be chosen in 10 ways.
and the sum of the digits is even. so we will simply find the half.
= (9 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10)/2
= 90000/2
= 45000
