Question :

The number of all possible matrices of order 3×3 with each entry 0 or 1 is

A) 27 B) 18 C) 81 D) 512

Solution :

A matrix of order 3×3 has total 9 elements.

According to question each entry should be of 0 or 1.

Hence there are 2 ways of writing each element.

Total no. of possible matrixes = 2 × 2 × 2 ×2 × 2 × 2 × 2 ×2 × 2

\implies Total no. of possible matrix =  \tt {2}^{9}

\implies Total no. of possible matrix = 512

 \therefore Total no. of possible matrixes = 512

Correct Option :

The correct option is option D.

Answer:-

Correct option is D.512

The number of possible entries of 3×3 matrix is 9

Every entry has two choices, 0 or 1

Thus, total number of choices is
