Tetra -atomic gas , it means in one molecule of gas equal 4 atoms of gas .
hence,
no of mole of atoms = 4 × no of mole of molecule
no of mole of atoms = 4 × 0.1 = 0.4

no of atoms = no of mole × NA
no of atoms = 0.4 × 6.023 × 10²³
no of atoms = 2.4092 × 10²³
