Let us suppose that the molecule(gas) is 0zone(O3) which is triatomic 
By the formula 
number of atoms = number of moles × Avogadro's number × number of atoms in the formula
number of atoms = 0.1 × 6.02 × 10^23 × 3 
number of atoms = 1.8069 × 10^23
