according to ideal gas equation PV=nRT
at constant pressure and temperature V=n
as 1 mole hydrogen contains same amount of molecules as He(because helium doesn't form any compound) obviously.
so the volume occupied by 1 mole of hydrogen and 1 mole of helium at constant temperature and pressure are same
