The answer of your question is "7"
Well, first of all you have to keep in mind the formula of propanol and that is 

"CH3CH2CH2OH"

Now when you elaborate the formula you will find out that carbon on left hand side is attached to 3 hydrogen , on the next two carbons both are attached to 2,2 hydrogens respectively. 
So total number of hydrogen attached to carbon are  = 3+2+2= 7
Number of C-H bond will be 7.

Moreover the carbon on the right hand side is attached to OH so that will bond will not be counted.
