Then, number of days left = x/4

Total number of days in the month of November = 30

Now, according to the question.

⇒ x + x/4 = 30

Taking LCM of the denominators and then solving it.

⇒ x/1 + x/4 = 30

⇒ (4x + x)/4 = 30

⇒ 5x/4 = 30

⇒ 5x = 30*4

⇒ 5x = 120

⇒ x = 120/5

⇒ x = 24

So, number of days passed are 24

Number of days left = 24/4

= 6 days
