15/1600 ===> denominator must in the form of 2n or 5m or either both combination after factorising the denominator

15/1600 = 15/ 2n.5m = 15/ (2)6 . (5)2

the denominator is in the form of 2n and 5m combination

Answer : 15/1600

=5×3/5×320

as 5 is the common so we cutshot it so we get 3/320 which is 3/2^6×5

therefore it is terminating decimal as denominator is in form of 2^m×5^n
