It is false that, the number of digit on a square number is always even.

• When we multiply a number with that same number,then the result of that multiplication will be a square number.

• Now,there are many square numbers with different number of digits in them.

• There are square numbers with even number of digits also.

• But,there are square numbers with odd number of digits also. Like 9,121,144 and so on.  These square numbers have odd number of digits like one and three.

• That's why the statement mentioned in the question is false.
