one ampere is one coulomb charge flows through a point in one second.

1 electron = 1.6*10^-19 coulomb charge.

so 1 coulomb = 1/1,6*10^19 eloctrons

which means one ampere current 1/1.6 * 10^19 electrons flowing per second.

so 1.5 amps means 1.5 *(1/1.6)*10^19 electrons flowing through a point every second.

so in 20 mins or 20*60 seconds no. of electrons flowing per second will be

20*60*1.5*(1/1.6)*10^19 electrons will pass through.Answer:
