Answer:

\huge\underline\bold {Given:}

Number of employees in companies are in the ratio 3 : 2 : 4 respectively.

To find:

Ratio of employees working in companies A, B and C respectively when number of employees in the three companies is increased by 20%, 30% and 50% respectively.

Solution:

Let the number of employees be 3x, 2x and 4x respectively.

Increased number of employees in Company A = 3x + 20% of 3x

= 120/100 × 3x = 36x/10

= 18x/5

Company B

= 2x + 30% of 2x

= 130/100 × 2x = 26x/10

= 13x/5

Company C

= 115/100 × 4x

= 46x/10

= 23x/5

Therefore required ratio

= 18x/5 : 13x/5 : 23x/5

= 18 : 13 : 23.
