Heya buddy here is ur answer. The reason is✍️✍️✍️Hetrotrophs are dependent on autotrophs or plants for their Food and nutrition.Since very few plants are present in desert, so the number of Hetrotrophs in desert region is few.Whereas sea contains many aquatic plants so Hetrotrophs like fish, octopus , etc are present in greater numbers.@Vaishnavi9063 thanks dear!!!
