Step-by-step explanation:

a) inc. % = {(392000-350000)/350000}×100 = 420/35=12%

b)voted in '95 = (350000×18)/100 = 6300

c.

i)voted % in 1997 = (91000×100)/460000 = 910/46 = 20%(as nearest whole number)

ii)voter in 1996 ->

  1. (91000×40)/100 = 2275 extra
  2. total voted = (91000-2275) = 88725 listeners ,in 1996.
