frogs eat insects like mosquitos and flies

mosquitos cause malaria as it is a vector

vector: an animal that transfers diseases from one person to another without infecting it self

so, when the frogs were exported there was nothing to stop the growth of mosquitos

therefore this lead to the increase of malaria patients in the village

hope this helps

Answer:

Phytoplankton —*Zooplankton * Mosquito larva—* Frog

In the absence of frog, more mosquito larva survive, giving rise to large number of mosquitoes which cause increase incidence of malaria.
