Correct Answer is  option 2

Explanation :

Molecular mass of NH3  = 17g

1mole of NH3 (17g ) contains = 6.023x 10²³ molecules

5.65 g of NH3  ------------------?

= 5.65x6.023 x 10²³/17

=2.04x10²³ molecules

so approximately 2 x 10 ²³ molecules

Hence option 2 is correct
