first we need to find the molecular mass of H2SO4

                         =2(1)+32+4(16)

                         =2+32+64

                         =34+64

                         =98 u

then gram molecular mass of H2SO4=98 gm

then number of moles in 9.8 gm of H2SO4=9.8/98=0.1 mole

Hope it helps

And plz plz mark the brainliest if it helps
