            9 = 3× 3  = 3^{2} ,         47 = we can't write as squares    

             16 = 4× 4  =4^{2},        25= 5×5= 5^{2},

           100= 10×10 =10^{2}

the numbers which we can't write as squares are all non perfect squares

 in number set [ 45, 46, 47, 48 ,49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 ] we can't  write any number as square so except 49
