Energy of each photon is given by Planck's equation .. E = hc/λ 
Let N = number of photons 

N x (hc/λ) = 1.0 J.

N = 1 λ/hc .. .. 7.0^-7 / (6.625^-34 x 3.0^8 m/s) .. .. ►N = 3.52^18
