Let the number of seats be x and the price of each ticket be Rs y.

Total revenue colleced = Rs xy

Number of seats are increased by 25% ⇒ 1.25 x

Price of each ticket is increased by 10% ⇒ 1.1y

Total revenue collected = 1.25x × 1.1y = 1.375 xy

Increased revenue = 1.375 xy - xy = 0.375 xy

Percentage increase = (0.375 xy) / (xy) × 100 = 37.5 %.
