we have,

→ Boys = 40% of 45 = (40 * 45)/100 = 18

so,

→ Girls = 45 - 18 = 27 .

now, let us assume that, average score of girls is 100x ..

then,

→ Average score of girls = 116x .

→ 18*116x + 27*100x = 4320

→ 2088x + 2700x = 4320
