Since 1 mole of S8 = 6.023* 10^23 molecules.

Hence 0.2 moles of S8 = 6.023*10^23 *0.2

= 12.046 * 10^22 molecules

Hence number of atoms = 12.046* 8*10^22 atoms

= 96.3* 10^22 atoms

= 9.63*10^23 atoms.

Hence C is correct answer.
