Given:

Number of turns of coil in a Galvanometer is tripled.

To find:

Changes in voltage sensitivity and current sensitivity.

Calculation:

Let number of turns in coil of Galvanometer be n.

 \boxed{ \rm{I_{s} =current \: sensitivity =   \dfrac{nAB}{k}}}

where A refer to area of coil , B refers to magnetic field and k refers to the torsional constant.

For constant A , B and k :

 \boxed{ \rm{I_{s} \:   \propto \: n}}

So, if the number of turns is made thrice, then the current sensitivity also increases by three times.

 \boxed{ \rm{V_{s} =voltage \: sensitivity =   \dfrac{nAB}{kR}}}

Here, R refers to the radius of the coil.

 \boxed{ \rm{V_{s} \:   \propto \: n}}

So, if the number of turns of coil is made thrice then the voltage sensitivity also increases by 3 times.
