after solving this question we will get 20.

let me explain,

in question we have told 2 courses are compulsory then we have to choice only 3 course out of 6 course, then probability of choosing each course is 3/6 which is 1/2.

And to find number ways we have to use formula

= no. of remain course(upto how much is free to choice)/no. of remaining course to choice
