the number X when Expressed in its simple form is
 \frac{a}{ {p1}^{m}  \times  {p2}^{n}  \times  {p3}^{t} }
where p1<p2<p3<10 are prime numbers and m, n, t are non negative integers. what can you comment on p1, p2, p3 and the m, n and t in the following cases
a) x is a terminating decimal
b) x is a non terminating decimal
