we have a total of 99 numbers from 1 to 99.

from these 99 numbers, we have 8 perfect squares-

1, 4, 9, 25, 36, 49, 64 and 81.

Hence, numbers that are not perfect squares = 99-8 = 91

So, P(not perfect square) = 91/99
