HEY Buddy....!! here is ur answer

Let the fraction = x/y

According to the question.....................(x*80/100)/(y*120/100)

=> x*80/y*120

=> 2x/3y

Now, Percent decreased over the original fraction = [(x/y)–(2x/3y]/(x/y) × 100

=> [(3x–2x)/3y]/(x/y) × 100

=> (x/3y)/(x/y) × 100

=> 100/3

=> 33.33%

Thus, the resultant fraction decreased by 33.33%
