According to the question
Let the denominator be x
And the numerator be x-3

Then,
x-3/x

Again two is added to both then it is equal to
29/20
Then,
x-3+2/x+2=29/20

29(x+2)=20(x-3+2)
29x+58=20(x-1)
29x+58=20x-20
29x-20x=-20-58
9x=-78
x=-8
